NOTE: This is this the first stage towards obtaining an Affiliation Agreement with NNPC Retail Limited. Kindly go through the Guidelines and Conditions for Affiliation below. Also note that all entry documents uploaded at this stage will be vetted before a User account is created for you on the portal in order for you to stay apprised and continue the application process.

Requirements for Affiliation Agreement

NOTE: An Affiliate of NNPC Retail Limited in this regard implies that the applying organisation will have a formal engagement with NRL, but both parties will remain distinct organisation.

The specific requirements are listed below:
  1. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
  3. Valid NMDPRA Operating License
  4. Station Information Report, showing details of the station, trucks, fire safety reports, HSE policy, staffing schedule, equipment list, etc.
  5. Inspection Report of the Outlet or Storage facilities from NRL Area Office (To be uploaded by NRL Staff)
  6. Payment of Processing Fee. (N1,000,000)
NOTE: Affiliation Agreement is valid for Two (2) Years

Application Process Flow

  1. STAGE 1: The First Stage involves submission of basic company details,upload of requisite documents
  2. STAGE 2: This involves vetting the submission made in stage 1 above. If the submission is successfully vetted, a request for inspection and zonal study is made to the BM
  3. STAGE 3: Inspection and Zonal Study by NRL
  4. STAGE 4: Request for HSE Report of the Station by NRL
  5. STAGE 5: Conduct KYC and Due Diligence Checks
  6. STAGE 6: Internal Processing by NRL (MD's approval)
  7. STAGE 7: Electronic copy of Draft Affiliation Agreement document is sent to the Marketer for acceptance
  8. STAGE 8: Upon acceptance of the draft affiliation Agreement, Brand Payment processing from the Marketer
  9. STAGE 9: Confirmation of Station Branding
  10. STAGE 10: Internal Processing by NRL, confirmation of station branding and commencement of sales
